Classic Pilgrimage

Spend your summer hiking the hills of the Golan, snorkeling in Eilat, praying at the Kotel, eating falafel, experiencing the Israeli Army, meeting your best friends, and falling in love with Israel!  For more information on Pilgrimage or to apply, click here.          

 Poland/Israel

Start out in the dark depths of Poland, and make your way to the heights of Israel.  After spending a week in Poland, Poland/Israel participants go on to Israel, where they will experience everything that Classic Pilgrims do (except for Gadna-the Israel Army experience).  Eastern Europe/Israel

Spend two weeks seeing and learning about the Jewish communities in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary, before continuing on to Israel.  Eastern Europe/Israel Pilgrims experience everything that Classic Pilgrims do (except for Gadna-the Israel Army Experience).  For more information on Eastern Europe/Israel or to apply, click here.

 Spain/Israel

Spend one week in Spain learning about famous Spanish Jews and visiting cities like Madrid, Sevilla, and Toledo, before continuing on to Israel.  Spain/Israel Pilgrims experience everthing that Classic Pilgrims do (except for Gadna-the Israel Army Experience).  For more information, or to apply, click here.

 Etgar! The Ultimate Israel Challenge

Already been to Israel but find yourself needing to go back? (Who doesn’t?)  Spend 5 weeks seeing the non-tourist side of Israel.  Etgar participants will interact with NOAM (USY’s sister movement in Israel) kids, do community service, and hike the not-so-well known trails.  For more information, or to apply, click here.

USY High/Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim

            Turn your home and classroom into Israel, while having fun and making new best friends!  A semester in Israel isn’t just for college anymore!  Spend a quarter (9 weeks) on USY High, or a full semester (16 weeks) on Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim(TRY) learning and living in Israel.  Participants can take all their regular academic classes and receive full credit, while also taking Hebrew, a Judaica, and the main class-Israel Core Course.  USY High is open to all 11th and 12th graders, while TRY is open to all 10th and 11th graders.  For more information, or to apply, click here for USY High or here for TRY

 NATIV

Not quite ready for college? Spend a year in Israel!  Nativers experience Israel to the fullest as they learn, live, and explore in Israel.  Choose between Hebrew University or the Conservative Yeshiva, and between kibbutz living and community service.  For more information, or to apply, click here.
